CSR CRH380A Debuted on Wuhan-Guangzhou High-Speed Rail

At 10:08 on December 3, CSR-developed CRH380A new generation of high-speed EMU will be officially unveiled at Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway, to undertake the same-day G1045 transportation task from Wuhan to Guangzhou, South Station. This is the first appearance of CRH380A EMU in other line since being introduced to the Shanghai-Hangzhou high-speed railway.

CRH380A new generation of high-speed EMU is developed by CSR Qingdao Sifang Co., Ltd. CSR Sifang, and is currently the domestic "Harmony" EMU with the world''s fastest operation speed and highest technology. The continuing operating speed of the high-speed train is 350 km, and the maximum operating speed is 380 km, with system innovations in many aspects and reached the world advanced level.

The Shanghai-Hangzhou high-speed rail opened on October 26 this year selected CRH380A new generation of high-speed EMU. In the previous test run, it had reached the world''s highest hourly speed of 416.6 kilometers.

CRH380A new generation of high-speed EMU has the world''s best quality, most functions and highest product safety and reliability. The complete locomotive design reflects 10 technology innovation highlights: mechanics-flow thread type, excellent body vibration mode, high-gas-tight strength and air tightness body, large load and high security truck, advanced noise vibration technology, strong power green traction system, active control and low flow disturbance dual-pantograph technology, high safety low wear composite brake, humane, diversified and personalized services, and intelligent control, diagnosis and monitoring.

CRH 380A new generation high-speed EMU features elegant chic appearance, with white body and dark brown windows. The middle of the body has a touch of beautiful blue lake. Inside is spacious, clean and comfortable. Soft seats can be adjusted and leaned back, chair back is designed with foldable small dining table, and dining car has an elegant bar.

The design has integrated features of the domestic and international rail, air, road and other modern public transport to be popular and meet travel, dining, entertainment, leisure, tourism, conference, office and other individual needs of different-level passengers.

It is reported that the first batch of eight CRH380A EMUs have been assigned to the Wuhan Railway Bureau, which are equipped with 12 VIP tour seats, 6 first-class compartment seats, 89 first-class seats, 387 second-class seats, totally 494 seats.
