Midea busses exported to Thailand

Good news came recently from Midea Bus Company that following the export of 4 prototypes to Thailand in 2006, the company got the new breakthrough of exporting 200 whole busses in a single deal with a Thai customer on the transportation market of Thailand early this year. The 13-million-dollar deal covers tourist, transit and passenger busses 9-12 meters in length, all featuring right CNG, the self-developed chassis for transit and passenger transport for the technical standard of Thailand, airbag suspension, automatic transmission and other advanced technologies.

The first 50 busses of 9 meters, worth nearly 20 million yuan in total, will be delivered in mid May, and the remaining 150 will be delivered successively in the 2nd and 3rd quarters this year as required by the customer. By then, the image of Midea Bus will be seen everywhere in Bangkok.
