Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd. further strengthened its cooperation and co funding with Siemens (China) Co., Ltd. Recently, in order to strengthen bilateral co operations in international, high-end thermal power and gas turbine equipments, shares of Shanghai Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. jointly invested by two sides have been adjusted, after which Shanghai Electric is still the holding company of the joint venture. Shanghai Electric will continue to consolidate the strategic partnership, maintain the successful cooperation and increase the intensity of cooperation with Siemens. Recently, the two sides are actively exploring areas of further cooperation in the future, particularly in renewable energy and power generation equipment services. They would like to concentrate the advantages of both sides to establish a broader platform for cooperation and better serve the rapidly developing Chinese market. Shanghai Electric will maintain its leading position in power generation equipment and the two sides will jointly promote the sustainable development of China's power industry.
