In July 2009, at the press conference of Fourth National Product After-sales Service Evaluation held in the Conference Center of National People's Congress, TISCO once again won two awards of "Top Ten Units of the National After-sales Service" and " Special Contribution Unit of the National After-sales Service ".
Jointly organized by the China General Chamber of Commerce, Chinese Enterprises Newspaper Agency, the Evaluation Committee of National Goods After-sales Service, this activity was to cope with the international financial crisis, further stimulating domestic demand, prospering market, offering service to promote consumption, promoting economic recovery and maintaining the steady growth of national economy. In this review, based on its sound service system, reasonable process, transparent system, high sense of responsibility and scientific evaluation system, TISCO passed the comprehensive review of "commodity after-sales service evaluation system," and once again won two special awards.
