Recently, CCCC Second Highway Engineering Co., Ltd. won Section L4 of Xingtai-Fenyang Expressway. The contract value amounted to RMB285 million with construction period of 24 months.
This project is a significant component of Hebei Highway Network planning. Section L4 is 5.7km long with dual two-lane, and mainly composed of mega bridges, separated interchanges, and culverts, etc.
