Recently, ZPMC signed collaboration agreement with Friede Goldman United, Ltd. ( F&G ). This agreement normalizes the collaborative mechanism between the two companies on offshore machinery market development, patent design, new product R&D, technical exchange, and human resource, etc. According to the agreement, F&G will provide its patent design on its offshore products and all kinds of its exclusive auxiliary offshore equipment to ZPMC in the form of license agreement.
F&G will also provide engineering consulting services on design, manufacturing, and after sells. In terms of market development, F&G will select ZPMC as its first preferred manufacturer, and ZPMC will promote F&G s products to its clients. Further, both parties will work together on research and development in new technology and products of offshore machinery in the future.
