The community parks in this district highlight the flora landscape and cultural landscape. Since Shumuling Community Park, the first of its kind in Changsha city proper, opened to public in June 2009, six community parks have been built in Yuhua District.
This year, in addition to Heping Village Community Park, Dexinyuan Community Park, and Taoyang Community Park, another three community parks, namely Jingtang Community Park, Jinjing Community Park and Guitanghe Community Park, will be built in Yuhua District. With a total investment of over 20 million yuan, 50,000 square meters of green land will be developed in these community parks of eastern Changsha.
All the community parks will be built according to the surrounding environment of the local communities. Fitness facilities will be equipped, and landscapes and communities will be well integrated.
