Jiyang:to Apply Science and Technology to the Spring Ploughing

Taking the opportunity of the upcoming spring ploughing, JiyangCounty actively organized some training classes of science and technology by ways of giving lectures, asking and answering questions as well as informal discussions, so as to guide farmers to learn and make use of science and technology in farming. In this way, some advanced technologies for agricultural production were vigorously popularized and many theories and methods involving cornfield management during spring as well as soil testing and formulated fertilization, etc., were provided to a vast mass of peasants. Currently, about 20 training classes were organized in villages and towns in ShangheCounty, with more than 6,000 peasants receiving technology training, and more than 10,000 technological documents were provided and more than 150 technological difficulties solved.
