Till now, there are 56 hotels with 17,800 beds, 7 choir villages and 6 catering centres with 30,000 seats are ready for the participants of the World Choir Games(WCG) and visitors home and abroad.
14 transfer routes have been decided to pick up passengers from airports (Shanghai Pudong International Airport and Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airports), railway and coach stations. Over 70 volunteers would be in charge of the transfers. About 500 buses will be used in the WCG. Bus maintenance stations in the downtown, Shangyu and Zhuji are ready. Presents, maps and WCG booklets will be distributed to the choirs.
8 working groups are set up by the Department of Choir Reception of the WCG Organizing Committee to communicate with all the choirs.
The 2500th Anniversary of Shaoxing will also be held on July 15th on the King Yue's Square. The unveiling ceremony of the 2500th City Statue and the Statue of Lord Fanli will also be held there. 2500 peace doves will be set free on the Square.Hats, fans and mineral waters will be offered.
Meanwhile, the Shaoxing Museum will exhibit over 500 historical relics.
