International Internet of Things Application Promotion and Exchange Forum opened

2010 China Zhejiang International Sci-tech Cooperation and Exchange Forum International Internet of Things (IoT) Application Promotion and Exchange Forum was held on the morning of October 28. More than 300 people including IoT experts from U.S., Japan, Germany and Sweden, IoT experts and scholars from China, and experts from IoT enterprises, network operators, higher education institutions, research institutes, relevant departments in the municipal government and enterprises.

At the forum, Jiaxing Municipal Government signed contract with Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics (IML), Germany, to co-build Zhejiang (Jiaxing) China-Germany Institute for Modern Material Flow and Logistics; Jiaxing Science City Administration Committee signed contract with Nomura Research Institute (NRI) on the strategic cooperation of IoT industry development; ZTE Corporation signed contract with China Mobile Jiaxing Branch to co-build the ZTE-Jiaxing IoT lab; Datang Mobile signed contract with Zhejiang Yangtze Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University on building the TD terminal testing platform.
