The morning of Nov. 2 witnessed the opening ceremony of 2010 Hangzhou International Talents Conference in Hangzhou, Zhejiang.
The 3-day conference has attracted 441 overseas Chinese talents with 444 startup projects including electronic and bio-pharmaceutical ones. At the overseas Chinese professional trade fair held in the morning, preliminary agreements were reached in 181 cooperative projects. 42 contracts were signed covering fields like bio-pharmaceutics, electronic information, energy-saving and environmental protection, new energy and material, and modern services with a total value of 770 million RMB yuan.
