The third China International Forest Products Fair was opened on 1, November.
A total of 1,200 enterprises are participating in the fair, which offers 2,160 international standard exhibition booths with a total exhibition area of 50,000 square meters. The three feature exhibitions are Taiwan agroforestry food exhibition, wood flooring exhibition and forestry food exhibition. The fair has attracted 250 overseas exhibitors from more than 30 countries and regions including Japan, Russia and over 100,000 visitors from more than 100 countries and regions, over 5,000 among whom are foreign purchasers.
A highlight of the fair and a result of the economic and trade cooperation of forestry across the Taiwan Straits, the Exhibition of Quality Taiwan Agroforestry Products has come with nearly 200 exhibitors occupying 400 booths. The fair specially holds a series of activities like the Taiwan Pavilion Day. Besides, the organizing committee has scheduled over 20 events including the China Forestry Exhibition Summit.
