Zhao Hongzhu met Turkish State Minister Kursad Tuzmen

On the afternoon of November 2nd, Zhao Hongzhu, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee as well as Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People s Congress met Turkish State Minister Kursad Tuzmen.
