After the 16 measures to stabilize the overall level of consumer prices and to ensure the basic quality of life were issued by the State Council, Zhejiang provincial government released five specific measures to guarantee their implementation today.

Following are these five measures: strengthening agricultural production to ensure sufficient vegetable supplies; opening green channels to lower circulation costs; strengthening supervision over prices to maintain the market order; ensuring material reserves to meet the market demand and issuing price subsidies to guarantee the basic life quality of people with low income.
