Works of Huang Binhong were displayed

On November 23, the inauguration ceremony of Education Activity themed on Zhejiang Contemporary Arts --- Celebrities on Celebrities, and Looking back on the Master --- the Exhibition of Huang Binhong s Paintings and Calligraphy in celebration of the 145th Anniversary of Huang Binhong s birth were held by Zhejiang Library and Hangzhou Huang Binhong Academic Research Society.

The one-year education activity is composed of celebrities exhibitions, celebrities lectures, seminars and online publicity. The sponsors invite such distinguished artists as Wang Bomin, Liu Jiang, Zheng Chao and Zhu Yingren to give a series of 21 lectures on arts. Looking back on the Master --- the Exhibition of Huang Binhong s Paintings and Calligraphy, which is held today, displays selected masterpieces of Huang Binhong s paintings and calligraphy. Also on the exhibition are classic works from Zhu Leshan, Yu Rentian, Wu Yifeng, Ye Shaoshan, Hong Shiqing and Wang Bomin.
