The Fourth Session of the Tenth Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People s Political Consultative Conference opened ceremoniously in the People s Hall of Zhejiang Province on January 15th. Over 660 members of the Provincial CPPCC Committee attended the session that will last for five and a half days.
