Strengthening talents support and match-making with Yangpu

Yesterday morning, Zhu Minyang, member of Municipal Party Standing Committee and Party Secretary of Jiangyin met with Chen Yin, Party Secretary of Shanghai Yangpu District. Both sides made further discussion on strengthening cooperation.

Match-making with Innovative Yangpu of Yangpu District was one of Three Intelligence Supports on the road of transformation. Yesterday morning, Jiangyin government delegation led by Zhu Minyang, member of Municipal Party Standing Committee and Party Secretary of Jiangyin came to Yangpu District of Shanghai on purpose of studying, overall strengthen the efforts on match-making between Jiangyin and Yangpu, highlight talents supports and motive to accept positive influence of Yangpu District, which provided talents supports for the transformed development in next phase. Chen Yin, Party Secretary of Yangpu Distrct, Jin Xingming, Director of District met with the Jiangyin government delegation. City leaders Cai Yeming, Fei Ping and Zhang Jijian joined the inspection activity.

Zhu Minyang, member of Municipal Party Standing Committee and Party Secretary of Jiangyin briefed the development of social economy. Zhu said that in recent years, Jiangyin made each effort to explore new path of transformed development, highlight integrated cluster, pace on industrial re-constructing , overall promote "445 Project"of new emerging industries, implement non-developed strategy and strive to reach the goal of double volumes in twelfth Five Year Plan .

Zhu expressed that Jiangyin s transformed development closely related to supports from Shanghai, and in the proceeding process, we should integrate steps with Shanghai, serve, study and learn the advanced concepts, minds and measures, especially on the related experiences of Innovative Yangpu . Yangpu District was the old industrial base of Shanghai, in recent years, it highlighted technology innovation, successfully built it as Innovative Yangpu , "Intelligent Yangpu , which were valued to be learnt from lots of aspects.

Now, Jiangyin was making each effort to pace on the steps of high technology of traditional industries, in next phase, we should further learn and study the experiences of Yangpu, strengthen the talents support function of Innovative Yangpu , and pace on the way of transformed development. Zhu said that in recent years, depending on the great supports of Yangpu District, the match-making projects between Jiangyin and Yangpu has reached remarkable achievements, both cities have made on earth steps in the cooperation of technology , science, education, talents interactive activity , and project cooperation. He hoped that in next phase, we would strengthen the match making and cooperation with Yangpu District, further study advanced concepts, measures in Innovative Yangpu , highlight talents, integrate Yangpu in more wider and higher fields, which provided intelligence supports on Jiangyin s transformed development.

Chen Yin, Party Secretary of Yangpu District of Shanghai, introduced work of building Innovative Yangpu . Chen said that as the old industrial base of Shanghai, Yangpu has always devoted to developing service industry, highlight technology innovation and promote transformed development. He expressed that Jiangyin was bounded with favorable industrial strengths and strong background, both sides would make further cooperation and discussion in future, and reach win-win situation by taking advantages of both sides.

The delegation led by Zhu Minyang inspected Memorial Square of National Anthem, and comprehensive projects site by Huangpu River.
