The 4-day 5th plenary meeting of the 17th Central Committee of CPC closed in Beijing Monday. The meeting drafted a blueprint for China's development in economy, society and people's livelihood in the coming 5 years. During the 5th plenary meeting of the 17th Central Committee of CPC, he concerns much about the issue of removing impediment of peasant laborer resident.
