Asian Games opening and closing ceremonies tickets will go on sale at 10am on July 26. A total of 5000 tickets for the opening ceremony and another 5000 for the closing ceremony will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis as ticket prices range from 1,600 to 6,800 RMB. The Guangzhou Organizing committee will open the sale of 20,000 Asian Para Games Opening and Closing ceremonies tickets on July 26 with ticket prices ranging from 50 RMB to 1,000 RMB.
From 10am July 26 to 5pm August 15, applicants can log on the Official Ticketing Website of the Guangzhou 2010 Asian Games (tickets.gz2010.cn) or go to 400 designated ticket sale branches of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) across China to book tickets. Tickets for both ceremonies will be sold on a real-name register basis and only one application per person is allowed.
