Yesterday, Guangzhou s Tianhe CBD signed 28 contracts with world top 500 multinationals, with a total investment over 26.2 billion RMB.
The projects include Guangdong branch headquarters of National Development Bank and Bank of Communications Co., Ltd., and headquarters of China Merchants.
As one of the three largest CBD in China, Tianhe CBD, which on behalf of Guangzhou s latest economic and social achievements, should position itself as world top CBD and a brand in Guangzhou s development. said Guangzhou Mayor Wan Qingliang yesterday.
Wan required the district to learn advanced experience from Tokyo, London and Hong Kong and attract high-end industry to enter the Tianhe CBD.
Liu Yuelun, Party Secretary of Tianhe district said the CBD administrative commission will be committed to attract world-class talents, better the public services, improve working and living environment.
Besides, wireless internet access will cover all the CBD district in the near future.
