Traveling between Guangzhou and Foshan by metro is expected to cost you a maximum of six RMB. According to a report summited to the Foshan Municipal Government, the ticket pricing of the Foshan section of the Guangzhou-Foshan metro will use Guangzhou metro as a price reference. Thus, when the first phase of the Guangzhou-Foshan metro is operational between Foshan's kuiqi road and Guangzhou's Xilang, it will cost you up to six RMB for the entire journey, much less than the current bus fare which is over 20 RMB.
