Dongguan Government is planning to reconstruct 3000 homes for the disable with lower income in the city, in order make those homes fully accessible fro them.
The reconstruction will include accessible-designed corridors and entrances, an accessible bathroom, an accessible kitchen, necessary armrests and a folding bathing chair.
The Government will spend 1.65 million RMB (245 thousand USD) this year to reconstruct 100 such homes, and will reconstruct 3000 homes by the year of 2015.
