Guangzhou Railway Group will arrange for more trains to operate starting July 1, when the summer vacation begins for students.
Two hundred and twenty trains will run on both ways on the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Line. The Guangzhou Railway Group said they expect a 9 percent growth in passenger volume compared to last summer, especially with students heading to cities like Wuhan, Beijing, Xi'an, Zhengzhou and so on.
