On Nov 30, a representative from the construction company that built the stadium indicated that Haixinsha would be open to the public on Dec 15. However, with approval from the commodity price department pending, the ticket price has yet to be decided.In line with government regulations and the actual conditions of the company, Haixinsha will be managed in a way similar to the Bird's Nest and the Water Cube. As to the ticket price, the representative said that it would be set in a way that took account of construction and administration costs. "Once it is approved by the commodity price department, we will then host a press conference to release the price", the representative said.
