On January 24, the Guangzhou Municipal Tourism Bureau began distributing the first batch of 1.5 million copies of "A Panoramic View of Guangzhou the New Guangzhou Tour Promotion Handbook". The handbooks are inserted by postmen into the mailboxes of residents in Guangzhou's 10 districts and two county-level cities. Distribution will be closed by the Lunar New Year.
The handbook features 63 one-day tour routes in Guangzhou. There are five premium routes, including the tours of Classic City of Rams, Dynamic Guangzhou, Asian Games Experience, Guangfu Culture, and Pearl River Picturesque Corridor. There are also 30 dedicated tour routes and 28 regional tour routes. Moreover, various two-day and three-day tour routes are also available.
The photographs featured in the handbooks are mostly the works of renowned professional photographers, and many of them have never been published before. To increase their appeal to readers in all age groups, the handbooks were printed with postcard production technologies, featuring bright coloring, great readability, and practicality.
The tourist attractions featured in the handbooks are aimed at showcasing New Guangzhou's vogue, classics, eco-friendliness, and affinity. The handbooks are a comprehensive showcase of the city's heritage, architecture, products, delicacies, shopping, recreation, and leisure facilities. They will allow residents to better plan their excursions by finding out the best routes and obtaining information in advance.
The handbooks are pocket-sized, easy to carry around, and are set to become good companions of residents on excursions.
