Guangzhou's New Year Fireworks Party 2011 will be held on the surface of Pearl River Bai'etan and Pazhou Complex. This display will commence at 8:30 p.m. and close at 9:00 p.m. on February 3, the first day of the lunar year. The visitors' stand with a capacity of 1380 seats will be set in the main venue Bai'etan, while no visitors' stand will be constructed in Pazhou.
