Guangzhou Zoos welcome rabbits for Spring Festival

Colorful flowers, rare plants and festival decorations have been set-up in Guangzhou's parks and gardens ahead of Spring Festival to welcome to year of the rabbit. Together with your friends and family, make the most of the holidays to rediscover Guangzhou, the city of flowers.

Chime long International Circus has invited a group of European horses to join their international circus. South China Botanical Garden shows a number of albino animals like toads, boidae and turtles as well as the rare chilopods. At Crane Bay in the newly open Guangzhou Crocodile Park you can also see a number of wetland birds and plants.

Xiangjiang Safari Park has set-up a special area to display panda rabbits, Angora rabbits, lop and lion head rabbits. At both Sunflower Garden and Guangzhou Zoo, hundreds of bunnies of different colors and varieties from around the world are on display.

Black Devil Fish on Display at Guangzhou Ocean Park

Six black devil fish have recently found a new home at the Guangzhou Ocean Park. These flat fish are rarely seen in China. They live in tropical oceans and resemble somewhat Aladdin's flying carpet with an average diameter of 1.2 meter.
