Detailed planning has been prepared for land utilization in Guangzhou's two peripheral districts Panyu and Luogang, thus clarifying the direction of the two districts' development.
Total-coverage detailed controlling plans (Phase II) for the two districts have been made available online for public consultation.
The plan for Panyu covers 13 zones, including Dashi and Nanpu sub-districts and Zhongcun, Nancun, Hualong, Shiji, Shilou, Lanhe, Dongyong and Dagang towns. There are plans to build five urban centers in Panyu, including the South Guangzhou Railway Station Panyu New Town Center and the Education R&D Center of the University Town.
In Luogang, the comprehensive supporting functions of Zhenlong will be enhanced to serve the Sino-Singapore Knowledge City.
