The first Korean Tourist Party arrived at Guangzhou on February 11 after the Spring Festival. According to the Tourism Administration of Guangzhou, it embodies the expansion of Guangzhou tourism in Korean market, and also marks the fresh development of Guangzhou tourism in the post-game period.
The Tourist Party is composed of retired teachers aged between 60 and 80 from famous universities, who are interested in Chinese history. According to current reports, the travel routes for this group will cover the historical sites like the Whampoa Military Academy and Mausoleum of the 72 Martyrs.
