An oil tanker grounded in waters off western Shenzhen on Friday. The tanker, which was carrying 1,960 tons of kerosene, entered the Tongluo navigation channel without approval from the marine command center. It refloated one hour after it was grounded thanks to the rising tide. There were no reports of oil leaks.
