On 21st June a delegation of 6 people led by Prof. Aleksa Bijelis, President of University of Zagreb, Croatia visited Prof. Li Yongsheng, Executive Vice President of Tongji University for the possibility of jointly establishment of the Confucius Institute at Zagreb. Tatjana Holjeuu, Vice President of Zagreb City Assembly and Prof. Simonic, Ambassador of Croatia in China joined in the delegation.
Both sides exchanged ideas on the initiations of the Confucius Institute. Subsequently, the delegation visited Tongji International School.
