We have recently learned of individuals receiving fraudulent promotional emails in the name of our company. These emails, especially from the city of Jinhua, China are deceptive efforts to solicit information and/or money from the email recipients. We hereby state that:
1. Insigma has made no promotions of any kind. If we plan to do so, we will announce our promotional activities on our website at: http://www.insigma.com.cn
2. Insigma is headquartered in Hangzhou, China with more than 100 subsidiaries in major cities. We have not set up any subsidiaries or office in Jinhua City, China.
3. Those companies and individuals are using the name of Insigma Technology without permission and are infringing our rights. Insigma reserves the right to collect related evidences and initiate legal action.
