Insigma Won China Service Outsourcing Best Business Practice 5 Year Achievements Award

November, 2nd, 2010, the 3rd International Outsourcing Business Development (IOBD) Summit was held in Hangzhou. The summit was sponsored by the Hangzhou Municipal Government and organized by Hangzhou Municipal Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau. The summit gathered more than 400 participants, including senior leaders from relevant governmental departments and renowned experts and scholars from domestic and foreign financial institutions, service outsourcing enterprises and investment institutions. Key industrial sectors represented at the summit include finance, insurance, risk investment, fund management, high-end manufacture, data storage, network integration and innovative design etc.

As a China based leading service outsourcing provider, Insigma was granted China Service Outsourcing Best Business Practice 5 Year Achievements Award, jointly approved by China Enterprise Evaluation Association (CEEA), Global Outsourcing Resources and IOBD Committee. It was Insigma s third time winning this award. Thanks to his significant contributions to the globalization and improvement of China service outsourcing industry, Shi Lie, chairman of Insigma, was recognized as a 2010 China Service Outsourcing Outstanding Contributor .

About IOBD Summit
IOBD summit is organized by the Hangzhou Municipal Government in association with the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) and the International Finance Facility (IFF), with media support from Global Service and Outsource magazines. Since 2008, the IOBD Summit has been held in Hangzhou once a year. Well-known experts, scholars and administration supervisors are invited to exchange views on opportunity and development, discuss obstacles and find solutions in outsourcing business at this international platform. The summit also creates an opportunity for business cooperation and program negotiation between overseas outsourcers and domestic service providers.

About CEEA

China Enterprise Evaluation Association (CEEA) is subordinated to the State Council Development Research Center and is currently the only legal entity registered in the Ministry of Civil Affairs specializing in national enterprise evaluation, research, and consulting. It mainly carries out evaluation and ranking of the large enterprises in China and is now conducting evaluation of China s top 500 industrial enterprises, top 500 enterprises in construction industry and top 500 firms in service industry.
