During July 2010, contracted sales GFA amounted to approximately 10,700 square meters while contracted sales revenue totaled approximately RMB189 million(equivalent to approximately HK$214 million), representing a decrease of 32% and an increase of 11% year-on-year respectively and representing month-on-month decreases of 72% and 77% respectively.
For the seven months ended 31 July 2010, contracted sales GFA amounted to approximately 342,500 square meters while contracted sales revenue totaled RMB5,612 million (equivalent to approximately HK$6,377 million), representing year-on-year increases of 51% and 150% respectively, and representing 63% and 71% of the Group's full-year targets of 540,000 square meters and RMB7,900 million (equivalent to approximately HK$9,000 million) respectively.
For the period from 1 January 2010 to 31July 2010, the Group s sales of GFA and revenue, including contracted sale and preliminary sales (of which formal sale contracts are expected to be entered into soon), amounted to 354,900 square meters and approximately RMB5,815 million (equivalent to approximately HK$6,608 million) respectively, representing 66% and 74% of this year s targets of 540,000 square meters and RMB7,900 million (equivalent to approximately HK$9,000 million) respectively.
