August 13, MSCI Barra announced that Franshion Properties (China) Limited ( Franshion Properties or the Company ) (Stock Code: 817) has been added by MSCI Barra as a constituent of MSCI China Index, effective from the close of business of August 31, 2009.
MSCI China Indices consist of a range of country, composite and non-domestic indices, aiming at both international and domestic investors in the Chinese market, including
Qualified Domestic Institutional Investor (QDII) and Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (QFII) licensees.
Prior to this inclusion, Franshion Properties has been selected as a constituent of MSCI China Small Cap Index on 29 May, 2009.
