August 4, 2009,the Company s 2008 Annual Report achieved outstanding success in the International ARC Awards 2009. The Annual Report was awarded a Gold Award at the Interior Design Hotel & Leisure, a Silver Award for Overall Annual Report Real Estate Development/ Service Commercial/ Industrial, and a Bronze Award in the Overall Annual report Real Estate Development/ Service Global/ Commercial categories.

The company first participated in the International ARC Awards 2009 with its 2008 Annual Report, the second annual report after its listing in 2007.
