According to the sales presentation, the sales volume of 5.56 billion yuan of Evergrande in October set another new record of single-month sales in the year, following that of 5.1 billion yuan in September. According to Evergrande, although the sluggish market after the second macro-control in September, the turnover of Evergrande has set new records of the best achievement within the year for months, and the sales volume has set a new record of single-month sales in the year, showing the powerful team executive force of Evergrande.

At present, Evergrande has overachieved the raised sales target of 40 billion yuan in advance, up to 41.16 billion yuan, 135.8% of the full-year contracted sales volume last year, which was 30.3 billion yuan.
