Chairman Xu Jiayin Visited Sanya

Just a few days ago, Professor Xu Jiayin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Evergrande Real Estate Group visited Haitang Bay, Sanya. Mr. Jiang Zelin, member of the Standing CPC Committee of Hainan Province, Secretary of CPC Committee of Sanya City and Mayor of Sanya City, met Chairman Xu and his party and they had a friendly talk on issues concerning the Group s investment and development in Sanya.

Mr. Jiang Zelin first expressed his appreciation of Evergrande Real Estate Group's investment in Sanya. According to Mr. Jiang, Sanya is still on the early stage of its growth, enjoying great development potentials. With the ever accelerating development, Sanya has set higher expectations for enterprises, with the view of building Sanya into an international tourist resort. He finally expressed his hope that Evergrande would develop some landmark projects of excellent quality with grander visions.

Chairman Xu expressed his intention of investing in Sanya in future, while this visit is mainly for research and on-spot investigation. According to Chairman Xu, besides hotel projects in Sanya, Evergrande is also considering a development project integrating culture, sports and tourism.

It is reported that Baijin Holiday Hotel, the first Super 5-star hotel under the management of Evergrande, has won the favor of customers with its high-grade image and considerate services since 2009. With rapid development of the Group, Evergrande Hotel Group is now running six 5-star hotels across China.
