Aisino Business Planning Forum 2009 Successfully Held

On November 14-15 2008 Aisino Corporation held the Business Planning Forum 2009 at the Aisino Information Park. Attending the meeting were the management of the intermediate leaders and above and the general managers of Aisino s subsidiary companies.

This forum aimed to deeply discuss the business planning for the year 2009 according to the current economic situation. Meanwhile it was also an opportunity for Mr. Fang Xiangming the newly elected Board Chairman to communicate and exchange with the said leaders and general managers.

On the morning of November 14 the attendees gathered at the Multifunctional Hall of Aisino Information Park to participate in the training of how the operators address the operating risks. The noted lawyers who were especially invited to the forum expounded the various legal risks in the business activities and the preventive measures thereof by citing the actual cases.

On the afternoon of the same day General Manager Liu Zhennan presided over the Aisino Business Planning Forum 2009. Vice General Manager Gong Baoguo summarized Aisino s economic operation up to date in 2008 assigned and analyzed the major points of business planning for the year 2009 and put forward the relevant requirements. Pan Qiujia the Chief Financial Office assigned the major points of final accounts and auditing for the year 2008. Then the representative entities made exchanges on their experience in major operations. The general managers from Shanghai Aisino Northern Jiangsu Aisino Jiangsu Aisino Liaoning Aisino Beijing Jinshui Sichuan Jinsui and Suzhou Aisino delivered the detailed and vivid lectures on their own major operations and unique modes of operation.

Having carefully heard the reports and presentation of Aisino Head Office and its representative entities Board Chairman Fang Xiangming delivered an important speech. He first greeted all the attendees and entrusted them to convey his greetings to all the entities of Aisino. Meanwhile he fully affirmed the operating achievements of all the entities thoroughly analyzed the current situation and brought forward the specific requirements and earnest expectations for the future work. Mr. Fang also communicated with the attendees in his understanding of the post of Board Chairman. The speech made by Mr. Fang pointed out the orientation of Aisino s future work and played an important guiding role for the business planning for the year 2009.

During the whole day of November 15 the attendees actively explored the completion of operations in 2008 and the implementation of the business planning for 2009 through group discussions.

Finally General Manager Liu Zhennan made an overall summary of the two-day forum. He first required that all the attendees should carefully understand the spirit of the speech by Board Chairman Fang and materialized it in their work. Meanwhile he sorted out and analyzed the questions posed by the subsidiaries in an overall manner and required both Aisino Head Office and its production companies to conscientiously deal with the questions put forward by the service entities and research the countermeasures measures and solutions. In addition he also put forward the specific requirements for the 2009 business planning and warned the operators to enhance their legal awareness perfect the mechanism for setting up rules and regulations thus ensuring the standardized operation. At last he stressed that they should conscientiously inspect and do a good job in safe production.
