On March 27 2009 CASIC Investigation Group for Deep Learning and Practice of the Outlook of Scientific Development ( Investigation Group ) went to Aisino Corporation for investigation of the learning and practice event. Fang Xiangming Vice Head of the Investigation Group member of Party Committee and Vice General Manager of CASIC heard the report and delivered a speech. Attending the meeting were some of the Investigation Group members; Liu Zhennan Head of Aisino s Leading Group for Learning and Practice Event Party Secretary and General Manager of Aisino; some members of the Leading Group and its office; and some intermediate cadres of Aisino.
