Ten Years of Innovation for China

On November 3, 2010, Aisino Co.,Ltd (referred to as Aisino Corporation hereinafter), the leading company that undertakes national key projects such as Golden Tax , Golden Card and Golden Shield , saw the coming of its 10th anniversary. With the theme of Ten Years of Innovation for China , the grand ceremony not only recalled the ten years of engagement and efforts of Aisino Corporation in large information projects for China, but also launched a series of new products such as Aisino Safe Network Storage, ERP.A8 and mobile payment chips, along with brand-new solutions for online invoicing and anti-counterfeiting of Chinese characters for taxation service. By sprawling across various industry chains of information technology, Aisino Corporation showed its ambition to be the major driving force of information service industry in China .

Deputy director of the State Administration of Taxation Song Lan, deputy director of the State Administration of Grain Qie Jianwei, and secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Xu Dazhe delivered their remarks in sequence. In her remarks, deputy director Song Lan expressed on behalf of the State Taxation Administration her congratulations to the great achievements of Aisino Corporation in all respects over the last ten years and delivered sincere gratitude to the company for its remarkable contribution to the development of taxation informatization. Looking back on the past decade, as she pointed out, Aisino Corporation collaborated with State Taxation Administration in fulfilling a series of progress in informatization construction. Beginning in 1993, the tax control system of the Golden Tax project went through a gradual distribution from 10,000 yuan version, 100,000 yuan version to million yuan version until covering all general taxpayers of value-added tax in 2006, which put all special invoices for value-added tax under the administration of Golden Tax anti-counterfeiting tax control system. The implementation of red-ink invoices in 2009 standardized the issuance of negative amount invoices by taxpayers. In 2010, the anti-counterfeiting project of Chinese characters made a significant breakthrough. The achievements above indicates that as a major participant and executor of Gold Tax project, Aisino Corporation grew with the project right from the beginning, and devoted substantial wisdom and energy to it. It contributed greatly to the development of taxation and social progress. She also conveyed the wishes to for Aisino Corporation to be more prosperous and make greater accomplishments for the development of the tax informatization.
In his remarks, deputy director of the State Administration of Grain Qie Jianwei expressed his warmest congratulations to the 10th anniversary of Aisino Corporation and heartfelt thanks to the scientific workforce of Aisino Corporation engaging in the informatization construction of China s food industry. Mr. Qie Jianwei pointed out that Aisino Corporation undertook the research subject on the informatization for State Administration of Grain during the 11th Five-year Plan and produced encouraging results, which had great significance in improving the efficiency of grain depot operations and mobilizing the initiatives of farmers. He also expressed his eager wish to further cooperation with competitive enterprises like Aisino Corporation to deepen the informatization construction of China s food industry. As for Aisino Corporation, he hoped that the company would inherit the spirit of China s space industry, carry forward the fine traditions and make greater glories.
Secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Xu Dazhe delivered a speech in the ceremony. He said that over the past ten years, Aisino Corporation grew stronger with the booming development of space industry. Not only has it contributed to China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, but also pushed forward the informatization construction of China. Four factors can attributed to the competitiveness of Aisino Corporation: It took the opportunities in the first decade of the new century, possessed core competitiveness and creativity, gained support from the central government, all social forces and shareholders, and had a high-quality professional team. Mr. Xu Dazhe hoped that Aisino Corporation would take its 10th anniversary as an opportunity to summarize its experience and make the most of it. In future, Aisino Corporation will persist in independent innovation, encourage inventions and creations, and enhance core competitiveness; it will move forward with reforms and adjustments and adapt to market demands and corporate transformation demand; it will fully implement the talent strategy and create a friendly environment for producing talents; it will also explore new approaches to party construction and ideological and political work in a public listed company, turn Aisino Corporation into a bigger and stronger force, and made greater contributions to the development of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation.
