Seeing off retired employees, with humanistic care from Bright Dairy

May you good health and please go home often , this was a heart-felt blessing from Bright Milk Company at the retirement seeing-off meeting on Dec. 23, 2009. Four veteran employees including Chen Guo and Xu Yuannian will retire from work. On Dec. 23, a seeing-off ceremony was organized by Huang Liming, General Manager of Bright Milk Company, Tan Shunying, the secretary of general CPC branch of the Company, Gu Aijin, chairman of the trade union, and the manager of the business department, and they had luncheon together after the ceremony.

At the ceremony, all these veterans were quite excited and said emotionally, We have worked at Bright for several decades, merged our youth into Bright and grew with the Company, and feel the warmth in this big family of Bright Holstein. The Company leaders thanked them for their contributions to the development of the Company with decades of work, and their efforts in fostering successors for the Company.

Moreover, their dedication to work has set an example for company employees. The leaders sincerely hoped that they would care and support the development of Holstein as before, and go back home often without forgetting the affection with fellow colleagues, and also wished them happy family and good health after retirement.

In building a harmonious enterprise, the CPC general branch and trade union of Bright Milk Company has paid attention to humanistic care from the enterprise on employees, and also let the retired employees feel the warmth of the company.

The Company leaders presented each of the four veterans a gift to express their minds. Reluctant to part, all felt the ever-lasting affection. For the development of the Company and building a harmonious enterprise, the Company will keep on sending warmth to employees and put caring at the first place.
