CSCL Created another New Record of Business Revenue

Through detailed operations and strict cost-control measures, CSCL managed to ship 468,000 containers in May-2005, representing a year over year increase of 45.7%. Thus, CSCL created another new record. From January to May, CSCL finished a total of 2.046 million TEU containers, representing a year over year increase of 31.3%.
In terms of the fuel cost, CSCL saved about $454,000 for some parts of locked oil prices for the group in May.
By encouraging its ships to navigate at economical speeds, CSCL saved $7.85 million of the fuel cost in May, which was an excellent performance.
