CSCL Held an Experience Exchange Meeting on Lean Management & Quality Service

CSCL held an experience exchange meeting on lean management & quality service in the morning of July 22, 2006. The meeting was held by GM Huang Xiaowen. Representatives from Universal Shipping, Inchon Ferry and Marketing Division III delivered speeches (See 2006 Manager & Secretary Meeting page). President Li Shaode also addressed the meeting. Heads of Presidential Affair Division, Transportation Division, Party Committee Office, CS Terminal, CS Logistics, Puhai Shipping and other units as well as above-the-section cadres of CSCL attended the meeting.
In their speeches, Han Jun from Universal Shipping, Zhang Yupeng from Inchon Ferry and Wang Songwen from Marketing Division III introduced practical experience in facing market changes, transforming concepts continuously, strengthening management, providing customers with lean services and achieving better economic performance.
President Li Shaode fully affirmed their experience. He pointed out that, these three speeches were typical and well-oriented, and deserved use for reference, thinking of and comparison for everyone. President Li also described concept & mechanism, strength & size, input & output, market & customer, conscientious & intention, management & benefit as well as other significant issues.
GM Huang Xiaowen said, the company and various attending divisions should make a good comparison, identify gaps, raise suggestions, combine with the practical situation, carry out lean management, provide quality services and use their advanced experience our own practical work to get benefits.
