President cum Party-Secretary Li Shaode Addressed Comforts to Container Fleet Crew

On morning Oct. 1 2006, President cum Party-Secretary Li Shaode addressed his comforts with other delegates to container crew on Xin Qing Dao , Xiang Xing , Xiang Bin , Xiang Wang and other vessels in Waigaoqiao Port and were warmly welcomed by the crew, surely we should go out for work not to fail them for their cares and comforts in these holidays the crew swore sincerely.
President cum Group Party-Secretary Li Shaode boarded on 5688TEU container ship Xin Qing Dao on morning 9:00AM, the ship berthed in Shanghai on late 19:00PM and is scheduled to Ningbo on that afternoon after her shipment to head for AM/W line. President Li expressed his comforts to all crew on duty in the holidays on his behalf of Group Party-team, administration and Trade Union organ management, he then acquainted himself with the board situation on management and operation, after having known that the crew are mostly from Guangzhou with part of them from Shanghai, he said, you be a man of China Shipping Group immediately you tramped in us, we must intensify unification to advance harmony among our crew in a harmonious situation in spite of your homeland, and thus to improve our operation safety. While Captain Tu Kehai reported that it is the second time for he and third mate (a Shanghailander) to cooperate in the ship, and their cooperation were fairly good, President Li showed his satisfaction over it. President Li also made deep investigation over the Party member and operation officers, when heard that the captain was born in 1969-a 9-year captain with work experience both in oil tank and cargo ship from at his age of 28, a 1966-born engine chief and a younger third mate, he sighed you should be our steersman for the future centurial CSG! . President Li also had his inspection over organ work style and asked for comments from others, the captain answered in affirmation with a story we had a problem with our steer engine last time, while the Company boarded to settle the problem timely to ensure a safe sailing and smooth safety inspection.
