China Shipping Container Lines Held Organ Reform Work Conference

On morning Dec. 22, China Shipping Container Lines held organ restructuring conference, Director cum Vice General Manager Zhao Hongzhou declared organ restructuring program, Party-Secretary Huang Xinming announced leading team arrangement and personnel appointment and dismissal, Director cum General Manager Huang Xiaowen addressed an important speech.
The organ restructuring was made on the basis of 9-year development and combined with current business development and future situation judgment, and a concrete measure to further implement the principle of Careful Organization, Lean Management and Quality Line Forgery , intensify the internal coordination and linkage. The organ reform mainly concerns: establish Line Cooperation DIV on the basis of Line Cooperation Section of the Enterprise Planning DIV, and Vessel Management Center governing Ship Administration DIV 1, Ship Administration DIV 2, Ship Administration DIV 3 and Crew Management DIV, the Company now owns 6 centers and 26 DIVs compared to the previous 5 centers and 25 DIVs after the organ reform.
Over 170 persons of China Shipping Container Lines management member, cadres over Vice Manager attended the meeting.
