Alderman of Haikou People s Government Paid a Visit to CSCL

On the afternoon of Jan. 8th, 2009, Managing Director Huang Xiaowen met Alderman of Haikou People s Government Mr. Li Xiangyang, who is also Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Hainan Harbor & Shipping Holding Co., Ltd, in Meeting Room No.3. The two sides discussed issues to further strengthen their cooperation.
