The 7th Board Meeting of WBCT held in Hamburg

On Sept 12th, the 7th board meeting of WBCT, which is a joint venture among China Shipping North America Holding, Yangming Marine and MTC, was held in Le Royal Meridien hotel, Hamburg. President Li Shaode, Mr Huang Xiaowen, MD of CSCL, Mr Zhang Bing, president of CSNA, Mr Huang Wang-Hsiu, chairman of YMM and Mr Douglas Tilden, president of MTC etc attended the meeting.
The meeting reviews the major work the new management of the company has done and points out that the company can provide good service to ships of its shareholders, enhance the sales efforts and achieve good operating profits. The meeting also discussed and agreed the financial report on the year 2005 and budget and business plan for the year 2006 etc. In addition, the meeting requires the company, with the supports of the management of the three shareholders, to make good preparation for the second phase of terminal 100.
