Founding ceremony of China Shipping (Viet Nam) Agent Co. Ltd. in Viet Nam

October 26 - Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam: The founding ceremony of China Shipping (Viet Nam) Co. Ltd. was officially held here, to warmly celebrate the establishment of China Shipping Agent Co. Ltd (Viet Nam) jointly by China Shipping Holding (Singapore) Co. Ltd. and VOSA GROUP OF COMPANY of Viet Nam.
At 6 o clock in the afternoon, the founding ceremony opened at New World Hotel, the largest 5-star hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. Mr. Jia Hongxiang, managing director of China Shipping Container Lines Co. Ltd, general manager of Viet Nam VOSA and vice general manager of Viet Nam Maritime Corporation, etc. gave warm addresses. In his address, Mr. Jia Hongxiang said that after 7 years of leap-forward development, China Shipping Container has succeed in ranking the world top ten liner companies, the Company had become the fifth liner company as calculated from the global market value, with navigation lines covering all the major trading areas in the world and advanced smoothly toward one of the world top three container line companies. He pointed out that as a container line company providing services all over the world, China Shipping Company always attached great importance to the development and changes in Viet Nam market. In particular, with the significant growth of Viet Nam economy, the trade volume in export and import rose rapidly, and China Shipping continuously enhanced the development and investment in this market. Establishment of China Shipping Viet Nam Company showed that China Shipping had firm confidence to the development of Vie Nam market and, also indicated that our cooperation with friends in all circles of Vie Nam entered a new development stage.
After the address, China Container Liners exchanged gifts with Ms. Gao Deke, consul general of China to Viet Nam, the representatives from VOSA Company of Viet Nam and Vie Nam Maritime Corporation.
At night, China Shipping Viet Nam Company held a reception banquet at New World Hotel for the founding of China Shipping (Viet Nam) Agent Co., Ltd, attended by totally more than 200 guests, including specially invited guests, representatives of the maritime and trade industries and many news media.
