At the invitation of the Rector of Thai Nguyen University of Technology (TNUT), Vietnam, SDUST Vice President Zhang Shiqiang leading a party of six visited TNUT from April 20 to 24.
During the visit, Zhang Shiqiang had discussions with Hguyen Dang Binh, Rector of TNUT and Hguyen Dang Hoe, Vice Rector of TNUT respectively, concerning issues of future bilateral cooperation. He also met with senior staffs from the Department of Economics, the Department of Mechanical Engineering, etc. and heads of teaching affairs, international affairs and student affairs.
SDUST delegation visited TNUT laboratories, the class of joint education programs and had exchanges with the program students and teachers of Chinese instruction. Some delegates evaluated the students?? Chinese proficiency and gave suggestions on future Chinese instruction.
The visit enhanced bilateral cooperation, and a memorandum was signed.
